This tool has three detachable wheels for cutting and for embossing patterns on fondant.
The handle also provides a storage place for the wheels.
How to use the cutter/embosser:
Use the straight-edge wheel to cut strips. Roll out the fondant on the roll and cut mat. Follow the grid lines on the mat to decide the width of your piece and roll the wheel along the edge of a ruler to cut the strip.
To emboss the strip after cutting:
Attach either the wavy or ridged wheel to the handle of the cutter. Roll the wheel along the strip in any direction you wish. This will enable you to create wonderful texture on your fondant. When finished, just slide an angled spatula under the strip and move the strip to your cake.
